Fiber Art and Sewing Camp: Camp Centerland at JCC, Buffalo NY

Our Fiber Art and Sewing Camp is a colorful, hands-on adventure where kids rising grades 3 – 6 get to splash, stitch, dye, and design their way through a super-fun week of creating their own fashion!

Campers will design and create their own unique fabrics using a variety of fiber-art techniques, including Japanese Shibori Indigo, Tumble Tie Dyeing, sun and stencil printing, and hand embroidery. They’ll then transform their custom textiles into on-trend accessories and fashion pieces they can proudly wear.

With our small camp size, each camper receives the guidance and support they need to bring their ideas to life. The week concludes with a Fashion Show for family and friends, where our designers will showcase their handmade creations on Friday at pick-up. No experience needed—we’ll teach them everything they need to know!
