JCC Camp Centerland Fashion and Sewing Camps (ages 8 - 12) allows campers to sew different clothing and craft projects, and work to improve their confidence and skills through following basic patterns, pinning, cutting fabric, sewing on the line, working with various stitches and fabrics. All supplies, trims and sewing machines are provided by Fashion Lab NY. Supply List for Campers will be specified in the camp details sent out by JCC Camp Centerland.

Summer at SEM Mini Sewing Camps: Fashion Through the Decades (entering grades 4 - 9)
Each week we will explore different fashion eras and create a small project inspired by those decades and style. Campers will learn style history, fabric selection, pattern making/cutting and machine sewing.
All supplies, trims and sewing machines are provided by Fashion Lab NY. Registration is now open through Summer at SEM.

FASHION HISTORY AND SEWING CAMP FOR TEENS: Design the Past. Create the Future (ages 12 - 17)
Calling all creative teens! Step inside the world of fashion, history, and design at the Buffalo History Museum. In this one-of-a-kind camp experience, teens will explore how fashion tells the story of America — and then design their own chapter.
Inspired by the GLAM-erica 250 Exhibit and the Museum’s incredible textile archives, campers will study historical garments, fabrics, and cultural influences before transforming thrifted clothing into bold, modern designs of their own. Whether your teen is brand new to sewing or already loves fashion design, this camp offers a meaningful and empowering creative experience. This is fashion with meaning — where sustainability meets storytelling.
